Friends on Film Outside

A season of reprieve. And a certain sense of urgency to see the people you love while the sun is still warm on your skin.

Despite the state of the world I had a summer filled with amazing company, and I wanted to capture that company.

Part of the reason why I chose to shoot these portraits on film is because I knew I’d probably get the film back in the fall, when I would likely need memories to uplift me. It worked.
